Only option is "OK". n00bs / unaware people will press "OK" in a hurry - and they'll be ripped off. People like me who are aware of this shit will simply press phone's Red button to dismiss the prompt. 10 out of every 100 people (as mentioned in this thread) will press "OK" not knowing that they're going to be ripped off. Moreover, they won't even notice that they are being looted every month in a systematic way. Also, TATA DOCOMO sends promo MMS every couple of weeks. R K Upadhyay Appointed As CMD of BSNL Posted: 10 May 2011 03:00 PM PDT  The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India today finally appointed Mr. Rakesh Kumar Upadhyay as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of India's National Telecom Backbone, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd ( BSNL ). According to the Mr R. Chandrashekhar, Secretary, DoT, "A search cum selection panel headed by Mr. Sam Pitroda, adviser to the Prime Minister of India, had earlierselected Mr. Rakesh Kumar Upadhyay, CMD of Telecom Consultants India Ltd (TCIL),for the post of CMD BSNL and Mr Upadhyay will join BSNL office as CMD from today." However, No decision regarding the appointment ofCMD for another PSU Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), has been taken yet. Presently Mr Upadhyay is CMDof Telecom Consultants India Ltd. He is 1975 batch officer of Indian Telecom Services. He holds a B.Tech (Electronics) Degree from IT Banaras Hindu University andMBA (Marketing Management)Degree from the Indira Gandhi Open University. He is also a graduate of Defence Staff Services College (DSSC) Wellington and was awarded M.Sc (D.S.) Degree by Madras University. He has successfully worked in Department of Telecommunications from August 1975 to July 1996 in the areas of Planning, Installation and Commissioning, Commercial administration and operations. While on deputation to TCIL during October 1996 to August1999, he successfully worked in the foreign projects as Project Director, Sana'a and General Manager, Yemen. After a stint from Jan.'2000 to Jun.'2003 in BSNL as General Manager Jammu & Kashmir Telecom Circle he joined TCIL again on deputation in June 2003.
